PHP memory limit exhausted enabling Lingotek module and dependencies through the UI in 1 page request

I received an "Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted" WSOD (128M PHP memory limit) while tying to enable the Lingotek module through the UI after confirming that I wanted to enable its many dependencies.

I'm not sure that there's a software resolution here but we could consider documenting workarounds such as:
a) Enabling Lingotek via drush
b) suggesting that people enable dependencies first
