While working on some other patches for update.module, I noticed a comment that's now slightly wrong given that "default_major" is now deprecated in favor of "supported_majors". Given how complex this function is, correct comments are a very good idea...

Since this patch just touches a code comment, and is so trivial, I'm submitting this directly as RTBC, even though it's my own patch. ;)
