The README.txt still contains instructions for potx-cli.php usage.
Also, there is a mention of potx-cli.php in potx.inc.

Hi @herom,

This indeed is misleading, as we have already removed potx-cli.php file from the module. Also, references for the file which isnt available in the module is wrong.
