list of action spaces in which user is a participant

after the non required cancellation of the "my action spaces item in "my participation menu
we are left with a "my action space " menu that shows ONLY the action spaces i AM MANAGER OF

1/ a second zone with the action spaces I AM A PARTICIPANT IN is needed

2/ also a third item " list of action spaces " would be quite useful
since the only way to access the list of action spaces now is the breadcrumb menu groups
