The PHP Filter module has a broken link to "Example PHP snippets".

Steps:
1. Log in as Administrator.
2. Enable the PHP filter module (/admin/modules).
2. Click Help then PHP Filter (admin/help/php).
3. Try to follow the link to "Example PHP snippets".

Expected URL: (I'm actually not sure what the correct URL would be; but under Modules to display, php would be pre-selected)

@Charles Belov: i believe this work as expected. the named anchor (fragment identifier) works by linking to the PHP Filter location within the permissions page. and nothing should be pre-selected.
