Free tagging doesn't support taxonomy_node_form $name

My free tagging patch doesn't correctly support taxonomy_node_form's $name parameter. The attached patch fixes that. No core code trips up on this (as no code actually uses $name) but moshe's taxononmy_multi_edit.module does. Thanks to moshe for pointing this out.
