I get this error after i submitted a search at "search".

notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$files in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\drupal6\modules\upload\upload.module on line 326.

Repro:
1. open "search"
2. In the field "Enter your keywords" write test
3. press "Search" button.
4. notice is thrown.
