Remove unused "use" statements from common.inc [#2035513]

Followup from #352951: Make JS & CSS Preprocessing Pluggable see #165 and #166.
Since we are being here though, lets check if we have more use statements that are not necessary in this file

i was lazy and didnt check one by one all use statements, but just got back home, and found 4 more, so it makes sense to also remove those here, too. i wont put back to NR cause its dead simple
