What about anonymous user? he get the adress of the last one.

The site we wrote this for doesn't have anonymous checkout, so there might be bugs there. I will test.

How can I do that the module will be enable only for not anonymous user?

attached patch works for me. Checks if user is anonymous and simply dont show any saved address for user.
