lets lower the priority for now, i tried tens of time locally and it does not fail, and i cant see why it could fail

Talked about this with @chx ... the one time login link is based on the last login in time... if our testbots are running quick and the log and the first usage happen during the same second then the last login link will still be valid... so we need to ensure that the last login time is in the past.
