apachesolr_attachments_node_solr_document() should include the filename as part of what it indexes

This already happens when a file is indexed as its own document.

But the recently added code which allows files to be indexed as part of the node they're attached to does not do it. Therefore, searching for a particular filename will not work correctly in that case.
