Default Privatemsg output on user profiles should use the Trusted contacts field formatter [#2012026]

Instead of "Send this user a private message" we should be seeing the "Add as trusted contact/Pending/Message" button shown in the designs from #1975198: [Meta] Trusted Contacts & Private messaging. This is provided as a field formatter in the Commons Trusted Contacts module.

You'll need to revert the trusted contacts feature to test this patch.

Is seems that the placement of the Trusted contact/Message field is not getting inherited by the Search result view mode. I tried a fresh install, and it still is not getting placed properly.

Here's an alternate approach which also prevents the list of a user's trusted contacts from being indexed along with that user, as reported in A from https://drupal.org/node/1921982#comment-7497134 .
