Field normalisation delimiters reset to comma when biblio settings are saved

Hi,

Not sure if this is biblio or biblio normalize - so I've filed in both, hope that's OK.

Whenever the biblio settings page is saved, biblio normalize's saved delimiters all reset to commas. This means, for example, that authors imported from endnoteweb are no longer separated correctly. Every time the settings are saved, I currently have to go back and re-do the delimiters to semicolons.
