Hi everyone

I'm trying to install the DEV version with the patch I need, but the old version is already installed. I tried to delete the folder in the sites/all/modules, but it isn't there. I don't want to delete the wrong thing. Please help this NEWB

Usually your modules are located in either sites/all/modules or sites/default/modules or sites/YOURSITENAME/modules or a subdirectory of this.

If you can't find it then you can have a look in your systems db table.

The proper way to update a module is deleting the folder and replacing it with the new version.

It was in my profiles/openpublish/modules/contrib
