When I go to admin/config/media/file-system I see this: http://cl.ly/image/2T0A3J112B1G - pretty useless IMHO :)

It looks like the stream wrappers defined by the Storage API are missing a description. Even though this could theoretically be done using an alter hook, it still seems broken to me that the out of box functionality shows radio buttons with no description.
