Hi All,

I have proposed the "Social Initiative" group in order to organise work on the Drupal Social Initiative and Social API at http://groups.drupal.org/social-initiative

We have quite a number of people working on the "harmonising" task as you can see at http://groups.drupal.org/node/232878

This is a major horizontal effort and involves a lot of developers. As we run up to Prague (and beyond) this group will be invaluable in organising documentation and sprints/BoFs/meetups.

Basically, either someone else says +1, or we wait a week for objections, and go ahead and approve it if there are none.
