Tree is initially not shown / active item is wrong

First I just loaded the page in small width. The menu selection dialog is flat. In selectboxes this may be a problem as you do not expect that the selectbox content changes. I think the menu should be shown completely.

• Foo 2
  • Bar 1
  • Bar 2
• Foo 3

I selected "Foo 2" item that has subitems. active-trail class is set on "Foo 2". But the selectbox selected item is "Foo 1".
