Drupal 7.22 PHP 5.4

I've installed the edit module... Seeing a new block:
In-place edit operations | Configure | "Quick edit" (link)

When I click Quick Edit link page reloads - but no other state change... No other functionality. Clicking all over the nodes... no edit capability.

ok... trying this on a clean drupal-7.22 install. not as nice looking as drupal-8 but def got some editing options now...
