I'm developing a new mapping site (not an upgrade) using OpenLayers, Geofield, Geocoder, etc.

With the recent changes to OpenLayers and the continued development of Geofield 2, should I start fresh with Geofield 7.x-2.x-dev, or with the stable version 1.1?

Currently, it seems we need to use 7.x-2.x-dev because of
