There doesn't seem to be a version # for panopoly images, admin magic, search, theme, users, widgets or wysywig.

Also, media_vimeo is flagged as unsupported.

The panopoly modules have project key, but not version (added via packaging script).

drupal.org packaging script will automatically add the project and version, doesn't need to be in the .info files.

I am closing this as fixed since Media Vimeo is now flagged as supported and the issues with the version umbers through a git checkout is a separate matter.
