Drush not worked in Windows 8

I install Drush (Drush-5.8-2012-12-10-Installer-v1.0.20.msi) on Windows 8 Pro with default install sets.
And I run Drush Command Prompt from menu.
I prompt "drush" in command line and press enter key.
Drush Command Prompt return(// i have russian copy of Windows):

"php.exe" не является внутренней или внешней
командой, исполняемой программой или пакетным файлом.

// it means in english
"php.exe" is not an internal or external command, operable programm or batch file
