I am using 7.x-2.0-beta3+90-dev. I saw a similar post on another issue related to the upgrade to CTools; however, I backed out and put in the older version I was utilizing, and am still seeing the same behaviour. Markers appear to be floating on mobile devices when panning an area. See attached for an example:

lightsurge CreditAttribution: lightsurge commentedI also have this issue, touch panning seems to move just the marker layers instead of all layers together, and the zoom control buttons just don't work. Only with google maps base layer.

geospatialist CreditAttribution: geospatialist commentedhad the same problem with 7.x-2.0-beta9 / android 4.4.4
switched to external OpenLayers source type and now it works fine..

coredumperror CreditAttribution: coredumperror commentedThe fix for this is to use the Openlayers v2.13 library. It works like crap (map features move with the pinch/drag actions, but the tiles don't change until you release your finger), but it at least functions.
