I was in supporting a site I support, the PCs are XP and using IE8. I had the occasion to open my Drupal site with the Bamboo theme and I observed two things.

One was the sidebar was on the right but the option is set for the left.

Second there was no menu.

I observed this on two PCs.

I observed the same with Firefox but when I upgraded Firefox, the menu appeared and the sidebar was on the left. IE8 is as good as it gets on XP.

I'm dropping support for IE8, the project page already had alluded to that but it was a little ambiguous so I have now clarified it there and in the documentation. That being said, I've pushed up some fixes to dev that should take care of these two issues. If you can test:

git clone --branch 7.x-1.x highrockmedia@git.drupal.org:project/bamboo.git
cd bamboo

Also, it would be great if you could respond to:

#1957084: Calendar Next Prev positions

... as you found time to open this new issue, it's only appropriate that you test the one above as well so I can make a new release. Fair's fair...
