Commons Origins is still using the default Adaptive Theme favicons and logos. These should be replaced with ones that are specific to the commons project.

I have the initial implementation of this, but it makes me think that maybe making this configurable somehow may be in order. Similar to how the favicon can be changed. In it's simplest form, it can be configured to look for them in a subtheme. It would be optimal to allow an upload, though.
