Display a view of taxonomy terms in another view.

Hi,

I have this issue, there is two vocabularies in my website, One of them is the sections of the website which consists of terms and sub terms, while the other one is just a menu that is shared by all the terms that has no children. I have create a taxonomy term view and a content view for both.

What I need is to check the terms in the content view (sections) if it has no children to display the taxonomy term view (menu), in other words I need to make a relationship between the content view and the term view plus not to check if "Content: Has taxonomy term ID" I need the opposite if "Content: (doesn't) Has taxonomy term ID". or any other whatever solution that can deal with this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
