Description:
Previously phpseclib used to load the classes automatically on every request. Variables were used to control which classes to load.
The module does not do the automated load anymore. In order to use the phpseclib classes one must take sure that libraries_load('phpseclib'); gets executed first.
As a result the variables are no longer needed and will be removed with an update.
