Configure type biasing for bundles that only exist on a different site

In a multisite search index it's a common use case that not all bundles / node types exist on every site.
Nevertheless the type biasing should be configurable for all node types that could be part of the result.

I created a patch that asks solr for all bundles and extends the corresponding bias form.
