When installing this new version for the first time, you have to select which field you want to be available as a block. For existing installations, all fields are activated as block, as this doesn't change the behaviour of older versions of this module.

Note that with 1.2, the settings for the display formatter have moved to the field display settings in the content type. The only cck blocks specific option in the block settings is the Title of the block, where you can now use tokens.
