Amongst other modules I have turned on following:

  • Global Redirect
  • Redirect
  • Pathauto
  • Internationalization modules

In Global Redirect option Set Content Location Header fails.
Returned HTTP Header is following:
Content-Location: http://www.example.dom/en/en/node/1234/my-node-title
Note that it contains language identificator twice.

@ragnarkurm, please add more info here. I have tested it on 7.x-1.5 and couldn't reproduce it.
