For the transition to the production server the database of the persons that signed the call on the wsf server must be imported.
Emails must be sent to each user to give them their credentials for the new site.
This issue depends on the translation of these messages to at least 4-6 languages

We do have to launch the site before importing, for two reasons:

1.) People will be alerted when their account is created. We need a short text introducing these people who have already signed to the site: "Thanks for signing the WSF Global Call for Action, please find and/or post actions to this site." (In, I assume, at least the four UN languages, to go in a single e-mail.)

2.) This site will replace the 'sign the call' text, so it is at that point of launch that the SQL dump is complete.

Jason: if you can do some data processing on your side-- clean up and send half now, and be able to clean up and send the other half immediately after launch-- that would be fantastic.
