Suppose I have fields like this:

- field A: article node -> entity foo, bundle bar
- field B: page node -> entity foo, bundle biz

These will clobber each other, and entity foo will only gain one resource called 'nodes', which will be for the last field to be processed.

This also fixes the description for the relationship resource not appearing in the UI, because it has the wrong key, and the use of variables in a t() string.

Patch is on top of #1911798: field 'target_bundles' settings is used incorrectly, so won't apply to HEAD.
