Problem/Motivation

I don't know if is a bug or not. But I think that some events blocks (like "You created") shouldn't be showed for anonym users.

There is also the option lo "list an event" without logged in for anonymus user... But then all these events appear to be created by you even if there are created by several anonym users!

I found also a possible bug when tried to upload logo file for an event. Error says "Ajax error":

I tried Commons 3.x version with Simplytest.me

Proposed resolution

Don't show these blocks for anonym users. And events listed by anonym users should be marked with a flag "Need review" even if they are publicly available.

Committed code that hides these panes from anonymous users, and instead shows anonymous users a login call to action.
