I noticed this on a site I was doing and then I checked the demo in IE10 and had the same issue.

I've tested the patch in #2 patch with MS Internet Explorer 10 (Version 10.0.9200.16750, Update versions 10.0.12) on a machine running Windows 7.

The patch was applied against Best Responsive 7.x-1.2 and applied cleanly.

The patch fixed the issue with slider not working in MSIE 10. No side-effects was observed (flex slider continued to work in Firefox after applying the patch).
