I think it would be quite useful to provide a form element for drawing charts, it's easier
to use and later can be used as widget for entity fields.
It also opens up a possibility for using dynamic chart api of high-charts and similar chart libraries
I'm thinking about implementing it, will accept patches for this feature?

Note that for dynamic charts the API needs to change, should be too difficult to implemented the changes in a backward compatible way

I will accept patches for this as long as the code is of a certain standard. If it breaks the current API then we'll just release it as a new major release.
