Ukrainian characters issue

Wrong transliteration of couple of Ukrainian characters:

И => I
but must be И => Y

And to my mind also not correct transliteration for

Є => IE
must be Є => YE

Ґ => G'
must be Ґ => G ( without an apostrophe)
