Currently we have ugly module_load_include's.
They remains as a reminder of another approach (using command-line interface, where they we needed them) - but now we should remove them.

Fixed for D7: http://drupalcode.org/project/botcha.git/commit/713e0d9.
It doesn't need to be ported, because D6 already has it.
