I think this bug is critical because none can use this module for D6.
I downloaded the version 6.x-1.3 and when I went to admin/build/block page, I didn't find the block for this module, so when I reviewed the module file, I found that is implementing hooks for D7, so this module is not working well.

I don't see any code attached in your issue, so changing status back to active.

It does look like the 6.x-1.3 tag was added to the 7.x branch. Will fix.

Hi guys, I made a new release today, 6.x-1.4 that should fix the wrong-branch problem of 1.3, and also adds a new service, Pinterest!

Markig this as fixed (since I don't think I did the same thing this time). I'll test it as soon as the 1.4 release gets packaged on d.o.
Please re-open if you continue to have trouble.
