Error when submitting case or comment

I recently just did a clean install of drupal 5.2 and Case Tracker 5.x-1.2-beta1 for the sole purpose of using case tracker so nothing else has been installed and/or modified.

When submitting a case or comment I get the following error:

warning: array_flip(): The argument should be an array in /modules/filter/filter.module on line 1306.

The cases and comments are still showing up but I'm concerned about the error and fixing that kind of stuff isn't exactly my forte! Just figured I'd post here just in case.

Also not getting emails when cases are created, but I am when comments are submitted. But I'm sure that's another topic altogether.
