Stray byte order marks (U+FEFF) in Javascript file

Not really a bug, as this doesn't affect the performance of the module in any way - but there are numerous stray byte order marks in the file jquery-ui-i18n.js. These are visible if the file is opened in Vi or similar. They cause the file to fail Javascript validation when using the Eclipse IDE.
