I can create an order and add the products I want to the order, and get the order to checkout review programmatically. But I wish to complete a payment transaction and complete checkout for the order, using token payment, without user input (as I already have the tokens).

Any examples of this would be great. Thanks!

I got this working by copying the code in the submit function to process the payment transaction.
