Support for JQMulti

Not something I would be looking after at the moment, but if you can write a patch I will be happy to review and commit.

just a couple of points:

1- I'd be happy to support this if this is an alternative option to jQuery update. But anybody happy with jQuery update should not be forced to install JQMulti.

2- In any case, I will be most likely dropping the JQuery update requirement in Drupal 8 - I have a dev 8 branch where the checks have been removed as the jQuery versioni in core seems ok for pagerer.
