I would be grateful if you guys shared some info about the best places to create website at, and tell me why it is better than others. It should be economical and reliable.
I'm looking to create my own website, so it'll be great help.

I recommend site5 shared hosting. Cheap, a lot of space, and bandwidth, fast support. It was recommended by many other Drupal users here. I use it about 8 months, and there was only 1-2 short downtimes.

The only serious limitation, which I found in site 5 is that php-script execution time is limited by 2 minutes. It is important, for instance, if you download large files.

As you are looking to create your website first, I would suggest you to get a hosting plan with an easy to use website builder. Many hosting companies offer free website builder with the hosting plan, while the paid one are usually quite cheaper as well.
