thank you for a very nice theme and mobile too - thanks :-)

Since there is no Content Bottom region for Blocks,
I have tried to rely on the natural ordering tool in the Blocks "Content" section
this does not appear to hold true or follow visual order as arranged

considering this, would you please consider adding a Content Bottom region to hold true placement

Since Footer is full width, it is not the same as Node Content width and just not as useful in some cases
