warning: Error parsing sites/all/modules/jumpmenu/jumpmenu.info on line 2 in /includes/module.inc on line 195.

I unzipped to my modules, went to my module administration page and I get this error before even enabling module.

Removing the quotes around "Jump menu" on line 2 of jumpmenu.info got rid of this error for me.
