Cropping box not working on an unlimited Field Collection field

First of all, let me shout out - this is an amazing module! The best out of the whole bunch out there. I have been using it for over a year now and everything has been working smoothly and meeting all of the needs. However, recently came across just one case where there appears to be a bug: The crop box doesn't seem to work on an unlimited field collection field.

Here is how to reproduce:

• Created a Field collection with a Banner Title and a Banner Image upload with manual crop.
• Then embedded this field collection on the Page content type and set the "Number of values" to be unlimited so user can create as many banners as they want by using the "Add another item" button.
• For the first banner when uploaded, the cropping works fine. The aspect ratio of the crop area dimension is maintained, the minimum dimension is maintained,....everything works fine.
• But as soon as the second set of the filed collection is spawned by clicking the "Add another item", now the crop area doesn't work as expected. The aspect ratio of crop area dimensions are not maintained. Basically the crop area becomes a free form crop. Even in the first item which worked before the 2nd set of the field collection were created, that stops working as well.

Can someone please give me some guidance on how to fix this?
