I'm trying to install drupal commerce kickstart rc4 but i keep getting this error.

This error doesn't really help, please click "go to the error page" and tell us what you see.
This generally happens when you're low on memory, there are already issues about that, please consult (http://www.drupalcommerce.org/commerce-kickstart-2/troubleshooting-kicks...)

When i click at "go to the error page" it started to import content. After that the installation is ready but then i get other red notice..
"Notice: Use of undefined constant LOCALE_LANGUAGE_NEGOTIATION_URL_PREFIX - assumed 'LOCALE_LANGUAGE_NEGOTIATION_URL_PREFIX' in overlay_overlay_parent_initialize()(line 661 of ..commerce/modules/overlay/overlay.module).
