Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
We're working on our school's drama site and need to replace the default slideshow images with our own ones. We've tried editing the "page.tpl.php" file but after we saved it no changes took place on the actual site. We also have very little knowledge or experience with Drupal so if anyone could help us that would be great.

are you sure that you have set the image path properly? Is your Drupal installation online?
Thanks

drupal dan CreditAttribution: drupal dan commentedHello,
I'm having a similar problem. My drupal installation is online. I'm newish to drupal and am setting this site up for a friend that has no web experience. I want him to be able to update the slides without going into the sites coding. Is there a way to do that, that I'm totally missing? I'd really appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Dan
