The feature commons_location cannot be enabled because it conflicts with commons_events [#1818296]

I guess I had posted this in the wrong spot before today's release. Sorry about that. Still there in the latest dev release.

Edit: I forgot to add, this might be related because it's still overridden. Commons events views_view component is overidden on a fresh install
