Does your drupal installation works fine on new server ?
Both servers have the same configuration ?
Do you see any errors in server logs or in Firebug (Firefox addon) console ?
Please check admin status report page if there are any errors.

Can you send mi in Private message access data to your drupal installation ? In this way I can check this in more details. If you can't, please list what other modules do you have enabled in your drupal.
