Does this mean the person with the ability to manage sign-ups? To delete comments about the event? Other? Some help text or re-labeling of the field would not go amiss.

One suggestion would be to change the label to "Groups" instead of "Audience" to at least get me thinking in the right direction.

I still (genuinely) don't understand though what "Administrator" means in this context.

This is an issue with the export for the main Commons Groups og_group_ref field. Assigning to me.
